Accounts in Arrears

All customers are hereby requested to settle all arrears on their municipal accounts. Customers that have made arrangements to settle their accounts in terms of Clause 18 of the CCP of Council are required to ensure that their agreed payment schedules are fully honored by this date.

Water supply for all defaulting customers will be disconnected and re-connection of water disconnected due to defaults on payments will only be done upon payment of reconnection fee.
